Senator Adebayo Sikiru Osinowo (Pepper) born on November 28, 1955 was a businessman and politician.
He was also a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly. Before his demise, He was the Senator representing Lagos East at the 9th National Assembly.
He has been at the special intenstive unit of Lagos Lagos cardiologist centre Ikoyi treating coronavirus.
