As Anambra marks the 33rd anniversary of its creation today, 27th August 2024, the Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Hon. Stanley Nkwoka State (Ochendo Idemili), has showered praises on the Executive Governor of Anambra, Professor Chukwuma Soludo for the rapid Infrastructural development ongoing across the state.
The Chief Servant of the most populous and densely populated Council Area who gave the commendation at the Council’s Headquarters, Ogidi, on the anniversary and the state of the state, reiterated his commitment towards building a new and prosperous Idemili North LGA.
Anambra State, created on the 27th of August 1991, has seen APGA maintain dominance in its leadership, enjoying two successive APGA Governorship regimes of eight years each, with Governor Soludo’s administration being the third.
The successive APGA administrations, Nkwoka noted, has left Anambra State on the course of sustainable development, and the Soludo administration is building on the gains to address critical areas of concern to the Anambra people, especially the road infrastructure area, where he had declared a state of emergency.
Nkwoka observed that there is no part of the state left behind in the ongoing massive road infrastructure development initiative, as well as in the attention given to the welfare and security of the people.
The Transition Committee Chairman, urged Anambra people to key into Governor Soludo’s ‘Akulue uno’ initiative and his vision for a liveable and prosperous homeland, urging all to work towards his re-election.
According to him, “Mr governor’s strides at achieving the best for the Anambra populace will yield maximum results, when the people have a buy-in in his vision and provide the necessary support for such vision to find expression.”
