INJUSTICE: Police Turns Reported Case Made Against Rich Suspect, Against The Plaintiff

Chukwunenye Nweke to Zone 9 Police Command Umuahia: You have established a case of aiding and abetting fraud,falsification of public documents or forgeries, malicious prosecution and other professional bad conduct against yourself
Zone9 Police Command through its PPRO,Janet Ugwu Chukwu while defending the allegation of human rights abuse by police lawyer, U. S. Ekpo said that,” Chukwunenye Nweke ‘s criminal complaints to Crack Squad Zone9 were not charged to court. That Crack Squad Zone9 advised Chukwunenye Nweke to go to appeal Court and appeal the judgment not in his favour ,therefore, U. S. Ekpo cannot grant Chukwunenye Nweke access to the documents attacked to Crack Squad Zone9 because the case was not before any court”.
Reacting to the statement of the PPRO Zone9 , Chukwunenye Nweke said” If AIG Zone9 can’t prosecute Dr. Mrs. Aguiyi Anuli ,Chief Chukwuka Onuko and others for fraud,falsification of public documents, inducement of public officers and other criminal acts, then Zone9 Should note that it also lacks the power to charge me to court for publishing that Dr. Mrs. Aguiyi and col induced public officers to forged evidence to misled a judge and obtained court judgment by fraud, henceforth ,it is malicious trial ,partiality and abetting fraud and other criminal acts for Zone9 to charge me for broadcasting criminal acts while the suspected criminals are court free.
” That my reports to Zone9 are strictly on criminal acts therefore, I didn’t ask Crack Squad Zone9 to set aside the said court judgment obtained by fraud because Crack Squad Zone9 is not a court of law.
” That in my petitions to Zone 9 which were assigned to Crack Squad Zone9, I demanded that police investigation be conducted into the criminal acts perpetrated by the rich suspects.
” That I took the case to police because I knew that forgeries, falsification of public documents, fabricated evidence, false oaths and inducement of public officers are criminal acts which by law police are mandated to investigate, release all the documents in the case and prosecute offenders in court.
‘ So if Zone9 says it can’t prosecute my case in court because I reported criminal acts committed in court by the rich suspects , Zone9 must also know that it lacks the power to charge me for broadcasting criminal acts committed by the party in court.
“However, I hope Zone9 Police officers have not destroyed the evidence in my case file now that they are saying that their officers advised me to appeal the judgment in court because we have proofs that what we reported to AIG Zone9 were criminal activities and not civil, and the said cases were duly investigated by Zone9 as all parties appeared before Crack Squad Zone9 and tendered their Police Statement Papers and investigation into our credible allegations concluded by Obinna God’s Will and Supol Obiageli.
” That we never asked police to help us set aside court judgment but all we asked police in our petitions was to investigate our credible allegations and release the Crack Squad police Papers of all parties, Crack Squad Zone9 Police Reports and others evidence in the case to enable us approach an High Court,file a fresh Suit as directed by Anambra State Judiciary and set aside the said judgment and defend our selves in the case of defamation filed against us by the rich and influential suspects.
