ANANBRA LAND DISPUTE: OTUOCHA HIGH COURT CUTS ABAGANA TO SIZES

Recall that there has been a fracas between Abagana and Enugwu-ukwu communities all in Anambra over land dispute/boundries
Following the judgment on land dispute between Enugwu-ukwu and Abagana Communities,Otuocha high Court has cut Abagana to sizes.
The judgment as delivered yesterday states thus: Abagana starts from mile 13 and ends at mile 16, other miles from Awka are E/Ukwu. It is no longer Njikoka L.G.A, Abagana but Njikoka L.G.A , Enugwu-ukwu.
It is no longer Abagana Police Station but Enugwu-ukwu Police Station.
They said, Enugwu-ukwu has no bank, I tell you today that OTUOCHA HIGH COURT has declared Former Union Bank Abagana as Union Bank , Enugwu-ukwu. That Hotel you called Chrispan Hotel ,Abagana is now Chrispan Enugwu-ukwu.
Even the Church is not excluded..St Mark’s Catholic Church, Abagana is now St Mark’s Catholic Church, Enugwu-ukwu
It means that all these areas mentioned above are in Enugwu-ukwu land
