GOV OBASEKI FORGERY AND PERJURY, A CASE OF PERSONAL DESTRUCTION
The truth is, many facebookers do not know the issue against Obaseki…
Some are saying “Fake Result” while others are insisting that he graduated from UI.
My brother, open your brain let me educate you a little.
By yourself, do a very small study of this case against Gov. Obaseki qualification to contest the September 19, 2020 Edo Guber election.
Take a look at Section 182 (1) Of the electoral act. The act stipulates automatic disqualification on forgery and perjury.
Before the court today, certified true copies of Gov. Obaseki’s documents submitted to INEC has been presented.
The case isn’t whether Gov. Obaseki is a graduate from UI or not but that he forged his Certificates by altering it.
The case is, in 2016,
1. He sworn to an affidavit of missing documents.
2. He lied on oath to have graduated in 1976 instead of 1979
3. He later submitted photocopy of the purported missing certificate carrying two signatures of the VC and Registrar with date.
4. The Court registrar denied the Obaseki sworn affidavits which makes the affidavits another forged document.
In 2020,
1. He brought a different photocopy of a certificate carrying only one signature of the VC without a date on the certificate.
2. He submitted a questionable WAEC certificate not appropriate for admission into the university.
3. The subjects he passed in the two photocopies he submitted to INEC are different.
4. His NYSC Certificate does not reflect his actual names and he did not show any legal document to show he is both Obaseki and Obasek.
5. None of his documents shows any form of number. Matric Number etc.
The argument now is for the Governor to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the two documents are the same and he did not lie on oath as against ADP forensic facts that they are using to nail him.
Meanwhile, the PDP lawyers have collectively and unanimously agreed that there is an error in the said results.
In accountability, Mistakes can be forgiven but errors are paid for.
The question every sane Nigerian is asking now are
1. who will pay for this error even-though they are blaming it on a photocopier?
2. Is there anywhere in affidavit or any others documents whether legal or not that states that there was an error made by the photocopier before this case was brought to the Court?
3. PDP lawyers has been unable to deny this error because it is very glaring to the extent that even the blind can explain in public.
4. The most pressing one is how he got the admission with just 3 credits?
5. Where did he registered the Affidavits he sworn to in 2016?
6. Where are there different dates in his Certificates?
I am not the Court, but let the Court pass her judgement in good faith.
