Insecurity: Divide Nigeria now before terrorists take over – Pastor Giwa charges Buhari

Senior pastor of Awaiting The Second Coming Of Christ Ministry, Adewale Giwa has again called on President Muhammadu Buhari to take heed to his advice and call for a referendum to determine the future of Nigeria.

Giwa, while addressing his members on Sunday, said current politicians had demonstrated to Nigerians over the years that the country has no future.

He specifically condemned the administration of President Buhari for handling the nation’s security challenges with levity.

“Please, tell President Muhammadu Buhari to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit and call for a referendum to determine whether or not the citizens want to stay together.

“Must you wait for terrorists to take over before you allow people to go their separate ways? Listen to the WORD of God and act expeditiously.

“Forget 2023 elections now and quickly address the salient issues facing Nigeria. Throw the 1999 constitution in the dustbin and let there be decentralization of power.

“Nigeria can’t continue this way; the citizens are tired of bad governance. Admit that you have failed and organize for a referendum.”
