Ogbaru Market Traders Eulogies Ochiogu’ s Developmental Slides

No fewer than thounsad of traders at Ogbaru Main Market in Ogbaru Local Government of Anambra State has commended their market President, Mr. Ndubuisi Ochuogu’s administration, for various developmental slides and projects he has embarked upon within the years in his office.
The traders continue to shower their encumiuns and congratulatory statement to their Present Caretaker Committee Chairman of Ogbaru Main Market , Mr.Ndubuisi Ochuogu’s administration, as they said that Ochiogu has performed appreciably well and raised the bar of leadership in the market, and also said that
successive government has neglected them since the inception of the market but Ochuogu’s shortest possible time wipe away their tears.
According to the traders, Ndubhuisi fondly called by traders Maduadichie came to power on 1st January 2021 in peace as Caretaker Committee Chairman followed by 39 other members ever recorded in history of market have performed optimally above 99.9 percent to secured the market.
Speaking while commissioning some of his achievements especially the Borehole water supply by the President general of Anambra State Markets Amalgamated Traders Association ( ASMATA), Chief Ikechukwu Ekwegbalu commended Ochuogu’s developmental strides and described him as a peace loving leader who knows what to provide for his followers, even as he urged the Ogbaru Main Market traders to shun violence and embrace peace as they prepare to elect their new executives.
Ekwegbalu continued saying that he was not in the Market to campaign for anybody but to commission the efforts of the Caretaker Chairman.
” God’s will must prevail. So, for those of you who are gallivanting around should calm down, be disciplined in this fortcoming election. What we want is peace unless we cancel the election” He warned.
At the event, one of the Market prayer team, Brother, Ohanebo Pius who preached on the topic titled, ” Behold The Master Is Here” warned the Market election contestants to be careful, having pointed out that the Market leaders had neglected the words of elders.
Presenting a booklet titled ” Developmental Stride of Chief Ndubuisi Ochiogu,” compiled by the incumbent Secretary general of the Market, Mr. Bucknor Agu, emphasized that Ochuogu’s administration made thte market safer,traders go about doing their normal business without fear or favour as he run an inclusive government.
Agu who highlighted numerous achievements said in recent years,the market witnessed series of inceasant burglary,theftand related crimes but since Ochuogu came in no burglary has been recorded while 12 suspected thieves have been arrested while trying to carry out their nefarious act.
He Listed the achievements to procurement of highcaliberof Fire Extinguishers which he mounted in strategic places of the market, Solar powered Lights as previous administration left the market in darkness which made him to clear millions of naira EEDC and restored light in the entire market.
Agu who also pointed out that Ochuogu’s administration rehabilitated Omata Hall which has been in state of disrepair and furnished it, said Ochuogu performed creditably well urged traders to support ooochiogu to enable him continued with this good legacies for the general welbeing of all the traders
Mr. Agu who doubles as the assistant secretary aspirant in the fortcoming Market election, averred that Chief Ochiogu is convenient person who canpilot the affairs of the market spoke on the constant evacuation of wastes both inside and outside the Market by Ochuogu.
In his appreciation speech, the Care-taker Chairman of the Market, Chief. Ndubuisi Ochiogu poured accolades on Chief Ekwegbalu and his entourage, stating that he invited them to come and commission the Borehole and also see other projects he established within few months of his leadership in the Market which he said was entrusted to his care by the state government.
He recalled his pledges ,sincerity and total repositioning of the Market he promised to the traders when he assumed duty as the care-taker Chairman, pointing out that he has fullfiled all he promised to do in the Market.
He reinsure the traders of his total commitment to serve them and intensify efforts to make the Market more befitting place for trading if they return him back as their elected Chairman by voting for him in the fortcoming Market election.
In there separate remarks, Emeka Orji- 1st Vice Chairman , Uchenna Ezenwa – 2nd Vice Chaiman , Ogbogu Nwanadi- Chief Security Officer extolled Ochuogu for his inculsive leadership style by carrying all the 39 Care-taker members along which they attributed to the monumental achievements of Chief Ochiogu, saying that Ochuogu came to project and advance the development of Ogbaru main market.
