Ekweremadu is likely APC gubernatorial candidate in 2023

Dr, Barr, Sen Ike Ekweremadu on his way to be ‘#broomized’ as he gets set to join Enugu state 2023 guber race under the platform of the biggest political party in Africa, the Apc.
The PDP in Enugu have been working under gentleman agreement in terms of zoning the number one seat.
In 1999, the Nkanu zone picked the party’s ticket in the person of Dr Chimaroke Nnamani, and governed the state for eight (8)years.
The party zoned her ticket to Enugu West – zone in the year 2007, which Chime enjoyed in the same number of years.
In the year 2015, The PDP in Enugu considered the turn of Nsukka zone, (Ugwuanyi) which is already running and will actually come to end by the year 2023.
Information has that the PDP in Enugu have already concluded plans to zone her governorship position to Nkanu zone for the 2023 general elections. The decision which angered the Former Deputy Senate president, Chief Ike Ekweremadu, as he has began consultations for actualization of his gubernatorial ambition in 2023.
Having seen the arrangement of the PDP in the state which most of the party stakeholders adopted, including Dr Chimaroke Nnamani, former governor of Enugu state which many sees as the pillar of Enugu state modern day politics.
Source has it that Dr Ike Ekweremadu has concluded plans to crosscapet to the Apc believing to have a solid structure that is sophisticated enough to win elections in every political ward in Enugu.
Arrangements and alignment terms are currently ongoing in Abuja with some bigwigs of the Apc and Ike Ekweremadu over his plan defection.
Enugu Apc’s family awaits Ekweremadu.
