2023: Atiku’s Overzealousness May Cause Disunity In Nigeria - Ex International Boxer

Nigeria Ex International Boxer and Ambassador for Sports in boxing, Mazi Ikechukwu Okoronkwo has stated that the overzealous presidential ambition of the former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar may cause disunity in Nigeria.

Mazi Okoronkwo said this in a document he signed which was dated Tuesday, 15th February 2022 and was forwarded to Chrysora Media.

Mazi Okoronkwo made it clear in this document that the only option Nigeria has for modern development and other benefits is to vote a South Eastern Nigerian for presidency come 2023 because it is the turn of the Igbos be the president.

Encouraging anybody and political office holder who love Nigeria to openly support Igbo presidency in 2023, Mazi Okoronkwo said “Obasanjo has done the turn of President for the South West zone, Good luck Jonathan has done the turn of President for South south zone, therefore 2023 is the turn of the South East (Igbo candidate) for president”

This he maintained would serve the justice of unity

The Sports Ambassador calculated that the idea of the military regime during IBB Administration in creation of Six Geo Political zone in Nigeria was programmed as a way to Maintain unity and peace in Nigeria therefore it will be for the interest of peace and unity to adhere by the zoning process as a trite law.

Furthermore, Ex International Boxer explains that zoning should not be Nigeria constitution case rather it should be a strategy to meet the demand of the day therefore every body in the country should make sacrifices for the life of our country called Nigeria by studying the idealogy of various Nigerian tribes for the interest of security and peace.

“South Easterners will only feel sense of belonging when Nigerians prove through their votes that Igbo president is who they want in 2023. In past presidential election many South Eastern Nigerians supported Atiku with their mind against Buhari Government in line with the spirit of zoning because it was then the turn of the North”

“Now that the tenure of the North will end in 2023, it is expected that Atiku should come out openly and support South East candidate especially Igbo race. Truth is sacred and it is truth that can bring justice, peace and unity”

“Igbos love Atiku very well and he should not take south east for a ride. 2023 is the turn of Igbo to lead the country”

“I am very sure that there must be a good presidential candidate from the South East Nigeria that has Intergrity and high moral conduct therefore, Political parties should look for good presidential candidate from South East Nigeria (IGBO) for 2023 presidency” the document reads.
