Speaking to Chrysora Media shortly after the grassroot boxing talent hunt exercise, Mazi Okorokwo expresses bitterness on his experience for the day’s boxing talent hunt.

“We want to start grassroot boxing talent hunt exercise in the school center despite bad road network from Isu Eha-mufu to GRA area leading to union Secondary School through Eha-mufu College of Education road”

“On reaching the School, i discovered that the school buildings and some other structures in the school have collapsed and cam simply termed a ‘death trap’ and needed urgent restructuring. Even the road channel to the school was abandoned. At a point, our Vehicle got spoilt because of the bad road. I also saw some working machines on the road which indicates that the road was one time under maintenance but the appearance of these machines clearly shows that they have been abandoned there for a longtime”

“These bad road channels alone can exacerbate insecurity in that community and so i call upon the authorities of Enugu State to look into these areas where insecurity is worsened as a result of bad road channels” he said.
