The Nigerian police force has announced the arrest of a police officer, Taloju Martin for extorting a motorist of N40,000.
A motorist was said to have been held by the police for violating lockdown rules.
Martin ordered the victim to bring the money in order to recover his vehicle impounded for violating the restriction of movement order put in place by the government.
