The Supreme court has just dismissed the appeal by Dr Obinna Uzo and that of Chris Ubah against Senator Dr Ikemba Ifeanyi Ubah of YPP.
Dr Obinna Uzo and chief Chris Uba have approached the Supreme court after they lost at the Appeal court Abuja.
Dr Obinna Uzo had criminally procured a kangaroo judgement at the Kubwa high court Abuja claiming that the NECO certificate which Uba submitted to INEC was forged.
The fake judgement ordered INEC to withdraw and issue certificate of return to Obinna Uzo. Chief Chris Uba also joined the case claiming that him and not Obinna Uzo that should be issued with certificate of return as the authentic candidate of PDP.
They lost at Appeal court and now lost at the Supreme court Abuja.
The distractions are over.
Dr Obinna Uzo will NOW face criminal prosecution for forging court documents which he used to obtain the fraudulent judgement.
