What Anambra Commissioner for Education said that made people demand for her sack – Video/Audio

Anambra Commissioner for Education, prof Ngozi Chuma-Udeh

A one-sided audio call record of conversation between the newly appointed Anambra Commissioner for Education, Prof Mrs Ngozi Chuma-Udeh and an unknown teacher has been making wave online.

The audio which was released online captured the commissioner calling non-adherent teachers names in an insulting manner.

In reaction to this, alot of people have been calling for her immediate sack.

The lady ; the honourable commissioner for education, Prof Mrs Ngozi Chuma-Udeh is going through a whole lot of pressure so we should understand her situation and show some empathy.

This is exercise to employ less than 5,000 thousand teachers while about 34,800 candidates are jostling for the job. We need understand that unemployment is majorly the cause.

The facilities hasn’t been used for long, she has to revamped them for the exercise.

The applicants were far beyond the facilities, taking them batches was ideal but most of the applicants turned to something else, have not conducted themselves behaviorally well.

I was at UNIZIK, IDK and GRAFIL; it wasnt even easy to gain entry into the exam premises.

She resumed duty as the commissioner not up to 4 months ago so I plead that we give her some time to address the challenges that has been there before time.

She is indeed a practical person, she toured most of the centers within Awka and it’s environs by herself addressing the challenges and proffering solutions.

We should understand that roads to excellence are always under construction.
