The Nigeria Ex International Boxer and Ambassador for sports in boxing has stated that the victory of Charles Chukwuma Soludo of APGA is an undiluted victory to democracy, Chrysora Media reports.
Mazi Ikechukwu Okoronkwo who made this statement in Enugu Ukwu Anambra State on Tuesday, during his visit to his in-laws, stated that Anambra State has become the Fountain of Democracy where other states of the Nation will come and suck from it’s milk of dividends of Democracy.
Speaking further while addressing the press, Mazi Comr Ikechukwu Okoronkwo the sports Ambassador explained that all of us are product of Old Anambra State and are always interested in issues concerning Anambra State.
Expressing his happiness, the Sports Ambassador said that he is pleased with his brothers and Sisters in Anambra State who stood for Democracy, saying also that what happened in Anambra State will bring some level of stability in the southeastern zones. It will also help to educate outsiders that Igbos are only crying out against corruption by self imposed leaders and oppression by some hoodlums from other tribe covering up with Government Authorities.

Igbo people hate shedding of innocent Blood, he added. Igbo race are people interested in their trades and positive money making.
The peaceful conduct of Anambra State election has clearly demostrated that the revolutional movements in the southeastern states are not terrorists rather peaceful protesters against injustice, he said.
Finally, the Ambassador urged the Federal government to re-adjust themselves and listen to the cry of people from the Southeastern zones with a view to bringing peace and unity without anyone being imprisoned.
He therefore calls for immediate release of Nnamdi Kanu and other detainee fighting for injustice against the southeastern zones in the best interest of peaceful dialogue and way forward.
