Anambra Election: Andy Uba to know his fate soon
The court of Appeal Abuja Wednesday 2nd February, 2022 reserved judgement on the appeal filed by Senator Andy Uba and APC challenging the judgement of the federal high court Abuja which nuliffied the June 26 APC primary election and voided the candidature of Andy Uba for Anambra state November 6 governorship election.
Dr George Moughalu had approached the federal high court Abuja where he challenged the outcome of the June 26, governorship primaries of APC in Anambra state.
The trial court in its judgement nuliffied the primaries, and said APC had no candidate in the November 6 Anambra state governorship election.
Andy Uba went to appeal to challenge the judgement and after the parties adopted their briefs, the Appellate court reserved judgement, date to be communicated to parties.
