Anambra Police Boost Night Patrols To Curb Crime And Strengthen Security

In a bid to enhance public safety, the Anambra State Police Command, in collaboration with other security agencies, has intensified night patrols across the state.
The heightened security measures aim to deter criminal activities, reassure residents, and reinforce the commitment of law enforcement to maintaining peace and order.
Speaking on the development, the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, emphasized that the initiative is part of ongoing efforts to sustain safety across Anambra.
“The Command remains highly committed to ensuring the security of Ndi Anambra and all residents. The intensified night patrols will serve as a strong deterrent to crime and further enhance public confidence in the security architecture of the state,” Ikenga stated.
Residents are urged to cooperate with security personnel and report any suspicious activities as the authorities continue working to make Anambra a safer place for all.
