Anambra Senate: Senator Ubah remains the only man standing
Senator Ifeanyi Ubah is the only serving member of the National Assembly that retained his seat.
Every other national assembly member from Anambra state lost the election.
1. In Idemili north and south, Obinna Chidoka lost.
2. In Onitsha North and South, Lynda Ikpeazu lost
3. In Ogbaru, Chuchu Onyema lost
4. In Oyi/Ayamelum, Vincent Ofumelu lost
5. In Anambra east/west, Obidigwe lost
6. In Dunukofia/Njikoka/Anaocha, Dozie Nwankwo who went for senate lost.
7. In Orumba North and South, Ewepudike lost
8. In Aguata, Umeoji went for senate and couldn’t make it.
9. In Nnewi north, Nnewi south and Ekwusigo, Azubogu went for senate and lost.
10. In Ihiala, Chudi Momah lost
11. In Awka north and south, the incumbent didn’t run in any election.
In senate, Iyom and Oduah also lost.
It was only Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, Ikemba Ndigbo that made it. He has shown capacity.
It was a total tsunami.
