ARE NDI-IGBO THIS FOOLISH?

Over and over again I have spent time thanking my Chi for making me an Onye Igbo (Land of the Rising Sun) Son (Rising Star from the East), though I am not comfortable answering a Nigerian.

As a matter of fact, no well breast feed human being will be proud to announce that he is a Nigerian in the Nigeria of today. If you are proud of Nigeria today, then you are either a byproduct of corruption or a finished product of corruption.

In the Nigeria of today, many Ndi-Igbo have lost their sense and essence of Igboness…special thanks to greed, corruption and iberiberism.

I have watched with alt most disappointment how hundreds of Igbo hungry APC fans brandish lies in the media just to celebrate what is not worthy of celebration.

The recent madness was circulating pictures of Abuja and Portharcort airports and forcing them down to our throat to accept as Enugu Airport. How did we get to this pitiable level???

Assuming that Buhari’s government has successfully built one international airport in the East and managed to have finished the second Niger bridge, should that convert all Ndi-Igbo to choristers, singing praises to the government???

A government that cannot build ordinary bridge and airport, what has that government come to do???

More than 90% of this government’s capital expenditure went to the North…..yet you wouldn’t hear the North celebrating the government rather they keep asking for more.

In Igbo land, if Buhari buys one broom with money belonging to Nigeria, many half-baked educated Ndi-Igbo will role out drums and be celebrating as if a barren woman suddenly gave birth to quadruplets.

Government projects are not privileges to us. Basic amenities are our right as citizens. Stop singing unnecessary praises of politicians if you want them to do their job.

Those who work don’t spend hours explaining themselves….
