Former Big Brother Naija, BBNaija reality show housemate Chichi has taken legal action against a colleague, Phyna for defaming her character.
Recall that Phyna had during the just concluded BBNaija reunion made a series of allegations against Chichi.
Phyna alleged that Chichi abandoned her children in Benin which led to the death of one of them and that Chichi is far older than she claimed.
The BBNaija season 7 winner, through a Snapchat post, also accused Chichi of going through a liposuction surgery for N3.5 million and poisoned her friend in Cyprus due to jealousy before returning to Nigeria.
Responding to Phyna in a lawsuit by her solicitor, sighted on social media, Chichi described the allegation as untrue, slanderous, and malicious to her brand.
In the lawsuit, Chichi demanded N100 million in compensation, a public apology from Phyna and an order restraining her from making further libellous statements against her.
