After several setbacks to assume office, Arc Waziri Bulama from Borno state has finally taken the Oath of office as the new acting National Secretary of the rulling All progressive Congress (APC).
The swearing ceremony which just took place at the Party national Secretariat, conducted by the party’s National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole had two Governors of Brono and Gombe states in attendance.
