Dr Fola David Set To Break World Record For Largest Drawing By An Individual
A Nigerian doctor, and visual artist Dr. Fola David, has begun his official attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the Largest Drawing by an Individual on an 850-square-meter canvas.
The “Unity in Diversity” artwork will depict a map of Nigeria, highlighting the country’s various tribes through their distinct attire, languages, art, and essence.
The record-breaking attempt is underway at the Onikan Stadium in Lagos and is set to last six days, from July 16 to July 21, 2024.
Ravi Soni of India holds the Guinness World Record for drawing 629.98 square meters.

This Masterpiece is tagged: “Unity in Diversity,” which will showcase a detailed map of Nigeria, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of its diverse tribes through their unique attire, languages,art and essence.
Dr. David is a truly remarkable artist who is dedicated to his work. We were delighted to be present for and in support of this incredible accomplishment.
This event is ongoing at the Lagos State Government’s Mobolaji Johnson Arena (Onikan Stadium).
