Deputy Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Edo State, Emperor Jarret Tenebe has accused Edo State deputy governor, Mr.Philip Shaibu over his inability to present his Educational Certificates to the Judiciary.

Tenebe, made the assertion Sunday in Okpella in Etsako East local government of the state while reacting to a wicked and malicious statement credited to the deputy governor to the effect that former National Chairman of the APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole was planning to overturn the Victory of Governor Obaseki through the Judiciary just like he did in Imo state.

According to him, there was no time Oshiomhole made such a statement at Iyamho, Country home of the former APC National Chairman.

He described the deputy governor as a fustrated and confused man who talks from both sides of his mouth, adding that, Mr Shaibu was only seeking for survival.

The APC deputy Charman, said, Oshiomhole believes totally in the Judiciary having gotten his stolen mandate through the instrumentality of the Courts.

He accused the governor, Mr Obaseki and his deputy of blackmailing the Judiciary over their inability to Present their Certificates, but rather resulted to filing of frivolous appeals from one Court to another, adding that, even the Court of Arbitration in Switzerland would not save them

Emperor Tenebe, added that, the new tactics of the governor and his deputy was not only diversionary, but also,a calculated attempt by the deputy governor to drag the hard earned reputation of the honourable Justices to the mud.

Emperor Tenebe, also stated that Mr.Shaibu was not from Uzairue and that he was ready to defend his claim anytime, anyday

He noted, that naturally, he was not supposed to comment on a matter in a court of competent jurisdiction ,but to save the public from being fed with lies by a government that lacks legitimacy.

The APC deputy Charman, called on Mr.Obaseki and his deputy governor to stop writing petitions against the Judiciary and coming to the newspapers to proclaim their confidence in theCourts and urged them to stand in one place rather than flouting, Tenebe added.
