Edo 2021 Sports Festival: Violence Erupts As Festival Turns Into War
Violence on 13/04/21 at boxing center in Benin city.
According to Nigeria Ex Int’l boxer and Abia State Ambassador for sports in boxing, Mazi Ikechukwu Okronkwo, the violence was above both police and local security agent.
According to him, boxers have antidote for violence as we counter the forces behind the violence and proceed with boxing event.
He further concluded that It ended in praise.
