Elechi Martin bows To David Umahi, his successor

Former Governor of Ebonyi State, Chief Martin Elechi, was on Thursday, spotted bowing before the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, David Nweze Umahi.
Many say this is because Umahi has performed better than him, while others say it is a mark of respect as incumbent Governor.
