Gov Wike outlaws and bans IPOB from existing in Rivers State.

The Governor of River State Nyesom Wike has outlaw and banned IPOB from existing in Rivers State.
He made this declaration in a state wide broadcast in Port Harcourt yesterday evening.
Wike also places a 50 million naira bounty on anyone that will provide information on how to arrest the Rivers State IPOB commander.
This ought to be a national driven youth protest. It shouldn’t turn into tribal or ethnic clashes.
