Mazi Okoronkwo Discovers More Boxing Talents In Ogui Community, Enugu
The boxing talent hunt exercise which was conducted by the Ex International Boxer, Mazi Ikechukwu Okoronkwo on Tuesday 15th February, 2022 was a huge success.
The boxing talent hunt exercise took event at Day Secondary School Independence Layout, Enugu North LGA Enugu State, Nigeria, which resulted in the discovery of 5 talented students that will participate in the general Enugu boxing competition.
Speaking shortly with Chrysora Media after the hunting exercise, Mrs Obiageli Ogbu, the HOD Physical And Health Education department of Day Sec School, Enugu, showed appreciation as she welcome and encouraged the Ex International Boxer, Mazi Ikechukwu Okoronkwo to keep the good work going. She further begged the government to support this programme to encourage security and employment.
Furthermore, after seeing the relentless efforts of the Sports Ambassador, Mazi Okoronkwo, towards training youths in boxing, former world heavy weight champion applauded Mazi Okoronkwo and encouraged him to keep the ball rolling.
Chrysora learnt this in a short interview with Mazi Ikechukwu Okorokwo shortly after the Grassroot Boxing Talent Hunt Exercise held on Tuesday.
