A Nigerian fashion writer, Vincent Desmond has made a strong statement by saying that having kids is a selfish thing for parents to do.
According to the LGBTQ writer, kids are brought into the world to participate in life and society because parents feel its time and this makes it a selfish thing to do.
“my personal beef with having kids is that I think having kids is an inherently very selfish thing.
“Selfish on the part of the parents because you’re bringing in a whole human and forcing them to live and participate in life and society. And for what? Bragging rights? Because you feel it’s time?”, he tweeted.
