Gunmen abduct APGA candidate for house of assembly in Imo
Gunmen have abducted the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for Ahiazu in the State House of Assembly, Hon Nduka Anyanwu.
Anyanwu was abducted yesterday morning on his way to finalise arrangements for the election in Ahiazu.
Sources close to the party said some armed gunmen waylaid the APGA candidate and took him a away.
“We call on security agents to track them. We call on the public who might have any useful information to inform any nearby police station. Just happened around 9.00am today, Tuesday, 22nd November 2022, ” the source said.
