The Gov of Borno State, Gov Zulu has determined to put a stop on Boko Haram insurgency in his state.
Recall that Borno State has been the major prey location for the Boko Haram disaster, and alot of destructions have been done.
In order to restore security and heal the fear engulfing the people of Borno, Gov Zulu has stood to his feet to either kill or be killed before 2021.
