The owner of Kaima Hotel in Oba Idemili South local Government Area of Anambra State Chief Ifeanyi Onwu penata Mayor ,,Obieome has strongly refuted allegations linking him to the recent fatal clash between SpeciaPnyl Anti-Touting Squad Anambra (SASA) operatives and tipper drivers in the community.

In a statement released recently, the hotel owner categorically denied any involvement in the incident, stating that he has no connections with SASA operatives, tipper drivers, or any activities related to the confrontation.

“I am a businessman who is fully committed to the hospitality industry. My focus is solely on managing my hotel, ensuring quality service for my customers. I have never had any dealings with SASA operatives or the tipper drivers involved in the incident. These allegations against me are completely false and baseless,” he stated.

The hotelier described the claims as a deliberate attempt to tarnish his reputation, emphasizing that he had no knowledge of the circumstances leading to the unfortunate event. He urged the public to disregard the false reports and called on media outlets to verify their information before publication.

Furthermore, he reassured his customers and business associates that Kaima Hotel remains dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality services and has no involvement in any activities outside its operations.

The hotel owner also extended his condolences to the victims of the clash and called for a thorough investigation by the authorities to ensure justice is served.

He concluded by appealing for peace in the community, urging all stakeholders to work together to prevent future conflicts and promote harmony in Oba.

In his swift reaction to the allegations linking the owner of Kaima Hotel to the recent clash between Special Anti-Touting Squad Anambra (SASA) operatives and tipper drivers, the President General of Abojiakanano Oba Community..Nze Dozie Nweke .Odezuluigbo Ezeakaekpuchionwa Oba has issued a statement clearing the hotelier of any wrongdoing.

Speaking on behalf of the community, the President General affirmed that the claims against the hotel owner are baseless and should be disregarded.

“After thorough inquiries and engagement with relevant stakeholders, there is no evidence linking the owner of Kaima Hotel to the unfortunate incident. He is a well-known businessman in Oba who has dedicated his time and resources to the hospitality sector, with no involvement in SASA operations or the activities of tipper drivers.”
