Man Allegedly Beats His 8 Months Pregnant Wife To Death

A nurse, identified as Mrs. Anya Adaeze aka Mummy David, has allegedly been beaten to her death by her husband, Olabode Oluwasanmi, in Akure, Ondo State.
According to sources, the incident happened last week. The deceased was 8-months pregnant when the domestic violence occurred
It was revealed that she had a misunderstanding with her husband and he allegedly beat her up with an iron rod. The beating was so serious that she was rushed to Federal medical Centre, Owo, and upon examination, it was discovered that her uterus had been ruptured.
The baby had to undergo an emergency Caesarean section but didn’t survive. Anya was placed on oxygen and died on Tuesday, April 14th, 2020.
It was gathered that Adaeze, who was the breadwinner of the house, had allegedly revealed to her colleagues at Federal Medical Centre, Owo, about the abusive nature of Olabode before her death.
