Ex Int'l Boxer, Mazi Ikechukwu Okoronkwo meets Herdsmen at Enugu East Forest.

I have experience the Economic Hardship created to South eastern State of Nigeria Farmers by Northern Nigeria Herdsmen/ Forest Cow business men .
On Friday 10th Day of July 2020. I went to my brother’s land in Amokpo Agu Enugu East LGA Enugu State Nigeria for some work ( Also I planted some crop worth much money,calculated to use some portion for charity after harvest). I noticed that apart from 3 plants of corn that are still intact, other plantation of corn was eaten near the root by unknown cow. Within distance I found one group of Northern Nigerians with Cows, I confronted them but they denied the offence but claimed that it might be another group,I confronted another group, They denied also.
In the process We discussed to the point that I noticed that they have sponsors where they are coming from.
As it was getting late,I went home.
Since I scheduled to resume work there on Saturday. My Sons Chinaza and Chinaemerem Zoe insisted that they must follow me to the place.
In that Herdsmen den,We saw Northern Nigeria settlers inside that Jungle. Thank God the resolution was peaceful as We are the Children of God with Promise.
The Fact is that Enugu East LGA Forest have been dominated by rich Herdsmen .”

For now Nigeria belong to all of us.
Infact Government strategy is not the solution to Herdsmen crisis.
They whole issue have been political with Falsehood
The Forest is not safe for Farming anyway.
To my greatest surprise. We did not see any Igbo man or Forest guard in that Forest.
Had it been that we are not trained Fighters with wisdom of God to resolve problem,
One action could have lead to another bad action and to worst.
Anyway I love Farming and will adopt by God grace.
Even Though our Forest is not safe.
