The son of the late dictator in Burundi, Mr. Pierre Nkurunziza, has come out to reveal what his father told him concerning the agitation of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, whose leader is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Mr. Pierre Nkurunziza’s son said, that his father told him that the Nigerian government should take these people very seriously and allow them to go as he sounded a very serious warning which was due to be delivered to the Nigerian government before the untimely death of his father on Tuesday, 9th of June 2020.
“My father cited examples from countries like South Sudan and other countries that tried to go their separate ways and the economic meltdown it cost on the lives of the citizens of those countries.
“Nigeria will not be forgiven if they do not allow Biafra to go because I see a great nation that would help other African countries to become and realize their own gains.
“Take a look at the lives of those from that part of Nigeria you can see people with an industrious nature, they can turn anything to money – that shows that their economy will boom more than that of the world powers – both America and China put together if they are allowed to go and this will be a good sign for other African countries to go to them for ideas on how to manage our full resources which is enormous and cannot be overemphasized.
“I therefore, wish that my ideas would get to the Nigerian leaders so that they can allow these people to go and form their own government which will be of help to even the Nigerian system and also to African, in general. This is my view and I will be alive to see this happen.
“These were the words of my late father whom I described as a great man that believes in the Biafra struggle and the God-given abilities of the Igbo race in Africa”, Nkurunziza said.
