10 POLITICIANS SHOULD BE PLACED ON MINIMUM WAGE
11.ELECTORAL REFORMS
A. A Complete migration to a 100% Electronic Voting
B. The President must be ready to protect our Country against International politics.
12. END OF SALE OF EMPLOYMENT IN GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION
13. FEDERAL CHARACTER IN ALL THINGS AND BEST CANDIDATE
14. REFORMATION OF SECURITY SYSTEM TO MEET OUR LOCAL NEEDS.
15. SOCIAL WELFARE SYSTEM FOR BENEFIT TO ALL NIGERIA THAT ARE NOT WORKING.

Remove police men from political offices.
Increase salaries of all security outfits, teachers,Sports men and Women,Media workers,other professional and doctors/medical and paramedics
The reform should start from their recruitment procedures as only qualified and competent applicants must and should be considered without financial attachment.Postings/deployments should be done based on merit and not the contacts or financial attachments,
Welfare of the Force should be of utmost Paramount to Government and Security managers, Promotion and progression in careers in the Force should be based on merit and service rules and regulations without financial attachments.
Salaries and other allowances accrued to personnel should not be negotiable but a must do as enhancement of such cannot be over-emphasized.Training and Re-training in weapon handling,worship and sensitization on how do deal with the public inline with criminal justice system act of 2015 with respect to human Rights should periodically organized.And of-course rotational and unbaised over-sea by training should be arranged to meet with the international best practice.
Emphasis on the lopsidedness in recruitment and appointment of service which is the reason for the increase in crime and criminality.
A section of the country is currently being favoured almost 95% percent of recent recruitment in Security services and it must stop now.
The rate is very alarming, even secret recruitment are on-going, without notice to commands or state and only to find trainees at the training centers and upon resumption at work when appointment letters are issued at the different training centers.
Youth are all over Nigerian institutions and are one, United as one people in information gathering.
It is now settled that Nigerian youth are tired of running away from their country that is the reason the people are saying that:
