NLC Is Doing Controlled Opposition – Morris Monye

A foremost Nigerian social commentator, and community leader, Morris Monye has maintained that the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, is doing controlled opposition.

I have a theory that NLC are doing controlled Opposition.

This is how to curb any protests that might form.

They sense tension in the land, they (NLC) quickly make it about themselves and call for strikes, protests etc and all energies and attention go there, then they kill it by calling it off thereby killing off any desire for anyone else to protest.

If I were a dictator, that’s how I would control the populace.

Like vaccination, you send out a weak virus to make the body immune to stronger virus.
