RE: Bade LG Not Represented In Yobe Exco While Jakusko Gets 3 Commissioners

My attention has been drawn to an article written by one Sale Abdullahi Dumai alleging that, the Honourable Commissioner, Yobe state ministry of Budget and planning, Hon. Muhammed Gagiyo is not an indigene of Bade local government.
The writer of that rubbish is either ignorant of the Nigerian Constitution or is sponsored to tarnish the good image of the Honourable Commissioner Yobe state ministry of Budget and planning, Alhaji Muhammad Gagiyo.
According to section 25 of the Nigeria constitution, “individuals that are born in the territory of Nigeria after October 1, 1960 that have at least a parent or grandparent who belong or belonged to a community indigenous in the geographical location known as Nigeria is also an indigene of that place”.
I want to put records straight. Hon. Muhammad Gagiyo who is currently the commissioner of budget and planning, was born and brought up in Sabon Gari ward of Gashua polling unit 002 Ramat Primary School Gashua, Bade Local Government area and he attended his schools in Gashua.
He was a health Coordinator in Bade for the past 10 years who sanitized the entire community regarding elicit food and drugs.
According to one of the gentlemen in the area, Activist Yahaya Mato said, “As a community development enthusiast, whose approach goes in words and action, i can give a testimony of those who respond to us whenever we come with matters concerning community development”.

“Hon Muhammad Gagiyo is one of those who listen to us, and to some extent, he could leave and compromise his personal schedules just to attend to us”.
“Sir, don’t get distracted please, keep being you and keep doing the good things to our people and our communities”.
This shows that all the allegations made against him are baseless and worthless in their statement, and the so called Sale Abdullahi Dumai is faceless writer, as no such person exists in our communities.
I understand that there are power mongers who want to distract Honourable Commissioner from doing his good works that he is doing for moving the local government forward in terms of good representation in the state executive council.
We are calling on the good people of Bade local government to remain calm and peaceful, as Honourable Mohammed Gagiyo will not be distracted for the effort he is making in moving our communities forward where he always forwards our problems to His Excellency, Mai Mala Buni as well as the Senate President, Dr. Ahmed Lawan.
