Soldiers should not be used to enforce COVID 19 guidelines.

There is guiding principles in Democracy system of Government
One of the principles,gave Nigeria police the powers for execution of internal law in a civil way.
In view of the above I would advise South Eastern Governors to desist from any action that will undermine the effort of the police in Democracy system of Government.
Because I read in one of the online media this morning that Enugu State want to use soldier to enforce COVID 19 guidelines.
I took it as a ramour but if there is any such plan to use the Military in that regard,it would be against the will of the people and would outweigh the good will of South Eastern Governors efforts towards opposition in invitation of the military in a civil matters.
