Following the arbitrary sales of innocent citizens ‘s properties and proceed of the illegal sale used in extensive legal battle against innocent citizens as well as illegal deal involving ghost buyer with inexistent address in his property in Ibadan
The Victim ,Mr Joel Ubah who disclosed this to Newsmen in Onitsha, Anambra state Lamented that the first property was sold with Forged documents by corrupt judiciary staff in connivance with the police and forcefully threw out property worth 15million Naira.
According to him , possession of his property was taken before auction sale ,as fake auction was used to carry out the sale
“I decried the horrendous criminal venture, where Police officers, in connivance with officers of Oyo state judiciary and big financial institutions to sold my property.
Mr Ubah wondered why police would go for execution of a matter in court of Appeal with fake documents by 5am.
“Undeterred in this criminal venture, the gang of rascal civil servants and ‘Police c’ set their sight on a second property, continued their illegal sale and proceeded to execute expulsion of tenants from the property in Ibadan. In this particular case, execution was carried out before Judgement was given against my tentants on the 26th of November.
“it was shocking to note that execution was done by 5:00am, on 27th November, before the judgement on the matter was signed. ”
This particular illegal execution was done with the same police their partners in Oyo Staten has been happening unabated,he said.
He said that series of petitions to IGP and were never investigated.
During the course of this matter, I have received 34 death threats, all of which I have on record.he pointed.
Meanwhile series of calls have been made to speak with the Police Public Relation Officer Force Quarters ,Abuja Mr Adejobi , but all to no avail as he couldn’t pick up his phone nor reply his messages. Continue reading
