Yakubu Dogara, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, has reacted to the Supreme Court Judgement on Bauchi and Sokoto state governorship election.

The Supreme Court had on Monday determined the fate of five Governors.

It, therefore, struck out the appeal brought by Ahmed Aliyu of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, challenging the said election.

Later in the day, the apex court dismissed the appeal challenging the return of Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State.

In a unanimous judgement delivered on the petition filled by the APC and its candidate on Monday, a five-man panel of the court led by Justice Sylvester Nguta threw away Mr Abubakar’s prayers and affirmed Bala’s victory
