What many don’t know was that President Jonathan that gave Olisa Metuh money also directed him on how to disburse it .
About 87% of those given the said money for special assignment was through direct directives from President Jonathan.
Olisa Metuh also submitted his account to Mr President who acknowledged it .
Metuh submitted all these receipts and necessary documents to Abang’s court, yet he stand his ground in what look like predetermined judgment.
Now, you are saying that Metuh received the money illegally . How ?
Commander in Chief (CiC) has sole mandate on ONSA fund usage and can direct how to apply it inline with his security plans without offending any law .
Those saying that Metuh did not use the money as sent him are dwarf with information.
During the Judgement, Justice Abang stated that it was only Jonathan or Dazuki that should have save Metuh to some extent.
Where will Metuh get #1billion which GEJ said that he will pay him for him to appear in the court from ?
The point remain, it was a predetermined judgment! It mean that they planned to jail him whether evidence or not .
