Moment fire guts UNICAL Registry Unit
The University of Calabar (UNICAL) Registry Unit was reportedly gutted by fire.
The incident occurred on Thursday night, February 1, 2024.
Video footage shows young people calling on the fire service to come to their aid.
It was not yet known what caused the fire.
