More photos of the destruction done on the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital in Calabar, Cross River State on Oct.24th.
They reportedly freed mentally ill patients, destroyed so many properties, and carted away with office equipment like beds, television, generators, vehicle wheels, fridges, and other valuables.
