Presently, the Spokesperson of All Progressive Congress Lagos Chapter, Joe Igbokwe has made a shocking claim.
According to Joe Igbokwe, information reaching him suggests that the outlawed group identified as Unknown Gunmen has declared a ceasefire in the South-East.
