Strike: ASUU should be scrapped – El-Rufai’s son

Bashir El-Rufai, a son of the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai has called for the scrapping of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.

Bashir, who called ASUU a “useless union,” said the body should be replaced with educators who care about the welfare of students.

“They should be scrapped & replaced with educators that actually give a damn about students and how that translates to the future of this country.”

Bashir’s post is coming on the heels of ASUU’s extension of its over six months strike.

  • Elrufai son as your father let him explain to you. He has once joined protest against Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan calling him a badluck. But today, what have they done better than the previous administration? You are a small boy that is being carried away by youthful exorbarant that cannot control childish non charlatan attitude. Today it’s ASU truggle but tomorrow it may be your turn to protest like your father did in the past. Lastly, the reason why you spoke in such manners is because your father is Capitalist and not minding the implications on a common man . However he had involve in serious explorative gimmicks which had led so many death in Abuja and Kaduna to mention but a few. You opening your mouth and speaking from an adulterated brain, I am sure you did not schooled in one of the Nigerian Universities and see the condition of the backwardness and educational position. Keep quiet you small boy.

  • Where did you school, how long have you been in Nigeria, are you sur you are a Nigerian? Between ASUU and the Government of the day, who should be scrapped.
