Anambra Guber: Andy Uba loses at the Supreme court

APC had no candidate at the just concluded Anambra state guber election, so says the Supreme court today while delivering judgement on the appeal filed by Senator Andy Uba against the judgement of both the federal high court and the Appeal court Abuja.

Dr George Moughalu had approached the high court Abuja with a suit challenging the purported declaration of Senator Andy Uba as the winner of June 26 APC primary election which never held.

The decision of the high court was upheld by the Appeal court and today the Supreme court placed a seal on it that APC had no primaries on June 26, 2021 and had no candidate for November 6, 2021 Anambra state governorship election.

It is a sad end for Senator Andy Uba. His case at the tribunal is how dead on arrival.
