In a letter of approval signed by the Secretary General of NULGE, Gambo Isa fcpa urged Aromeh to assumed duty with immediate effect, even as he conveyed the congratulatory message of the NEC to him.
Speaking shortly after taking possession, Comrade Aromeh thanked National Executive Council for the honour done him, pledging to carry everybody along in discharge of his duty.
He called on NULGE members to be alive to their responsibilities and work towards making the association the cynosure of all eyes, adding that he would not leave any stone unturned.
Clearing the air on the allegations levelled against the Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission Chairman, Sir Vincent Ifeanyi Ezeaka, the Acting President said the allegations were unfounded, spurious and laughable, describing Sir Ezeaka as a man of integrity and sound mind, adding that all that was written against him were mere fabrications targeted at tarnishing his long standing reputation.
