Bank of Agriculture MD, Kabir Adamu kidnapped During Abuja-Kaduna Train Attack
A top Federal Government official, Kabir Muhammed Adamu is reportedly among those kidnapped during the Abuja-Kaduna train attack.
The train was bombed by bandits that have been terrorizing Nigeria at a location between Katari and Rijana.
Adamu is the Managing Director of Bank of Agriculture (BoA).
The BoA provides credit facilities to support value chain activities, non-agricultural micro credit, savings mobilization and capacity development.
Adamu was among the passengers that were seated at the First Class wing of the train.
DAILY POST gathered that the bandits opened fire after the train stopped.
They then used buses a number of Sharan vehicles to whisk away passengers to unknown destinations. Security agencies have commenced a search.
