Ex International boxer Mazi Comr Ikechukwu Okoronkwo said that a test to determine whether an athlete is taking performance-enhancing drugs should be done from State level in Nigeria

According to Ex International boxer, the Dope test is ver necessary to avoid what happened to Nigeria Olympics Team at Last Toyko Olympics Games.
“Abuse of Drug is dangerous to our youth” he said, therefore steps must be taken to discourage our youth from taking illicit drug.
“Mpurummiri, that is Crystal ice is in circulation in Nigeria and most of the youths do not know the damage it can caues to their health until they become addicted to it”
“During my discussion with one of the top Nigeria Boxing Federation Executive board member this morning we discussed about dope test as a way forward in shaping the future of our young boxers”.
He concluded by saying that the Dope is very important so we can detect whether an athlete or Sports person is taking performance-enhancement drug.
