A branch of First bank in Festac Lagos has been reported as being responsible for emptying of the account of a customer.
In a viral video, seen by Chrysora Media, a lady was seen crying and narrating how her ATM card was siezed by first bank ATM service. When she made enquiries on why her ATM was trapped in the machine, she was told to go and comeback on monday. The incident was said to have happened during weekend.
