According to video seen by chrysora Media, the police man suddenly started undressing on duty. It was like a joke but suddenly became very serious. Many Nigerians have attributed it to frustrations as a result on hardship in the country, whereas others accused the police man for indulging in diabolical activities or intake of high drugs.
